Free Knit Pattern - Basketweave Stitch
This pattern really thickens the work, which makes it perfect for hat brim
This pattern calls for multiples of 3 + 2 stitches
For my sample, I cast on 23 stitches
Orange Yarn
1. - Knit all
Yellow Yarn
2. - P3, S1, P2, S1, P2, S1, P2, S1, P2, S1, P2, S1, P2, S1, P1
3. - K1, * twist the stitches - orange front, yellows back, knit the 2 yellow stitches first and slip the orange stitch, * Repeat, K1 (refer video)
Orange Yarn
4. - P2, S1, P2, S1, P2, S1, P2, S1, P2, S1, P2, S1, P2, S1, P2
5. - refer image below - * twist the stitches - yellow front and oranges back, slip the yellow stitch and knit the 2 oranges stitches, * Repeat, K2
Yellow Yarn
6. - P2, S1, P2, S1, P2, S1, P2, S1, P2, S1, P2, S1, P2, S1, P2
7. - K2, * twist the stitches - orange front, yellows back, knit the 2 yellow stitches first and slip the orange stitch, * Repeat (refer video)
