Free Knit Pattern - Honeycomb Stitch
This pattern calls for multiple of 12 + 2 stitches
For my sample, I cast on 26 stitches
Green Yarn
1. - Knit all
2. - Purl all
Red Yarn
3. - K5, Slip 4, K8, Slip 4, K5
4. - P5, Slip 4, P8, Slip 4, P5
Green Yarn
5. - K3, (Slip 2 stitch in cable needle and hold at the back, K2 from the left needle, K2 from the cable needle, Slip 2 stitch in cable needle and hold at the front, K2 from the left needle, K2 from the cable needle ), K4, (Slip 2 stitch in cable needle and hold at the back, K2 from the left needle, K2 from the cable needle, Slip 2 stitch in cable needle and hold at the front, K2 from the left needle, K2 from the cable needle ), K3
6. - Purl all
Red Yarn
7. - K1, Slip 2, K8, Slip 4, K8, Slip 2, K1
8. - P1, Slip 2, P8, Slip 4, P8, Slip 2, P1
Green Yarn
9. - K1, {(Slip 2 stitch in cable needle and hold at the front, K2 from the left needle, K2 from the cable needle), K4, (Slip 2 stitch in cable needle and hold at the back, K2 from the left needle, K2 from the cable needle)}, {(Slip 2 stitch in cable needle and hold at the front, K2 from the left needle, K2 from the cable needle), K4, (Slip 2 stitch in cable needle and hold at the back, K2 from the left needle, K2 from the cable needle)}, K1
10. Purl all
Repeat from Step 3
