I love to eat, anything and everything vegetarian + fish :-). Just the thought of food makes my mouth watery. However I tried to blackmail myself how I have grown from 55 kgs to near 70 kgs :-), the moment food is in front of me, I kind of forget everything. Too much uh! If I can't help myself, nobody can't..so I am afraid I will be nearly 100 kgs soon.
I cook good food sometimes when I am in a good mood or really put my heart into the cooking but am not a cooking freak.
Manipuri food is kind of bland, very less masala but with a dash of ngari ( fermented fish) in most of the dishes without oil. It really stinks, but warn you, once like the taste..you are done for life, bet you just can't stop loving ngari...he he
On a serious note, I love all the manipuri dishes. Its very nutritious and healthy.

Manipuris love to celebrate anything and everything with lots of food. There is hardly any celebration in manipur which goes without food. Let the occasion be for happiness or sadness.
I remember some of the foods which goes into preparation for my grandpa's death anniversary was numerous, there used to be at least 30 different dishes. I literally hogged hogged on these occasion and feel like I will not be hungry at least for couple of years :-)
And I love to eat Indian food with some modifications here and there for my taste buds. For example, I don't like any vegetable dish fried in ajwain, so anywhere there is ajwain involved in the cooking, replace it with jeera..haha
I love some of my mom in laws recipe, she prepares lovely karela(bitter gourd), kathal(jackfruit). Oh! she has a magic in her hands in cooking, anything she prepares taste wonderful. I have learned many dishes from her.
Sadly my hubby and son are not very good eater :-) Anyways..I am always there to eat..
